Good afternoon,
It's been a crazy morning/afternoon, running around, play dates etc. today is my "rest" day but I am trying to figure out how I can do my 4 miles today rather then tomorrow because tomorrow is no good. This is the part I hate when I am training, things happen on days I need to do miles and then my whole schedule gets thrown off. Now I have to figure out how to do something this weekend without feeling like I have done nothing :(
What to do what to do??
